As someone with little to no self-control when it comes to eating, cupcakes are definitely dangerous to have around the house. I try to only make them for my birthday but I couldn't resist the yellow frosting with sprinkles at the grocery store. So, I decided that I was making them for Easter. That's a legit excuse, right? Instead of boring white cake mix, I went with strawberry. I love how springy they turned out! The husband said I shouldn't have done sprinkles on them but he doesn't know what he's talking about. Sprinkles belong on everything. DUH!
I also just realized that the frosted cupcakes match the mixer and batter. I've always had a thing for pink and yellow.
